95 ranger keeps dying!!!!!

alright well i have a 95 ranger with a 3.0 and its 5 speed, it keeps draining the radiator resevior and radiatior but its not leaking anywhere, and it runs fine. just after driving it awhile it dies. but starts back up when i put water in it..i need help ASAP!!!!
 
Get the rad cap tested.
