95 ranger headlight switch

taillight fuse keep blowing, im told it might be headlight switch, how do i change the switch, also the truck wont start unless light switch is on. it is part of anti-thef system, is it standard equipment or add on. any suggestion

The more likely reason for the fuse blowing might be a corroded connection where the trailer connector joins the harness (common problem). The lights on to start thing is an added on thing.
