my hood is not in very good shape but i can buy a fibreglass one from a 99 ranger for cheap. will it fit on my 95 b3000?

no it wont. your truck has the same hood style as the 93-97 rangers, those have a plain hood line.
while the 99-03 ranger has a slight raise on the grille area.
to fit that 99 hood ull need to replace basically all the front end for a 98+ mazda b series
i think ur pretty much stuck with your own mazda hood style
or maybe a 93-97 ranger hood would work
