My friend's 94 v6 Ranger with auto hubs wore out the auto locking junk, can we swap to 1980's manual hubs? If so, what advice and/or special parts do we need?

No an 80s RBV will have a D28 and his is a D35. You need the hubs, washers and wheel bearing nuts.

Hahn's you're correct on that. :D Sorry I'll correct my question :) ....will an early 90's D35 manual hubs and all fit? If so, what advice and/or special parts do we need?

Thinkin they will fit and that we'll still need the hubs, washers, and wheel bearing nuts...

If they're 27 spline D35 hubs, they should fit.

You need the hubs, and the spindle (wheelbearing) locknuts.
