i have a 94 ranger 4x4 4.0 auto. the trans is stuck in forward gears. park is like its in a foward gear but just sets there like its stuck between park and drive cause it hits the parking pin. when u put it in reverse its exactly like park is. netrural is fist gear, and 123d work perfect. i thought it was the shifter cable but i crawed under the truck and pulled it off the tranny and shifted the actual tranny lever on the side of the tranny, u can feel the lever go in each gear and still the same. i changed fluid and filter{the old fluid and filter looked good}. please help, i cant figure it out.
