The truck is a 94 w/a 3.0 auto,and I'm curious if anyone has done a total suspension redo..Putting in a mustang ll front suspension .Any input is deeply appreciated. The truck is also 2 W/D

This has crossed my mind in the past as well. They do it on street rods, so why not a Ranger? You going road racing? Not sure I would take that Mustang ll stuff off road.

No. Then again there is a lot to be said for being the first. It may have been done but I have yet to see it. I have seen some Mll front ends on street rods with frames that have a similar design to a Ranger. My own truck sees some off road driving and I like my current steering and suspension setup, but my pop's truck is strictly street. We looked for a better/quicker ratio steering box, but found none that were bolt in. We also looked for a rack, but found none for a TTB suspension. I have been looking at Mll suspensions myself and came across a couple companies that appear willing to build a suspension to the specs that you want- frame, brakes, steering column, track width, etc. If you want I will look up those companies and post them up tomorrow. I think an aftermarket Mll suspension could be made to work on a Ranger without too much trouble, and may be well worth it for the handling.
