I am just checking to make sure I am doing this right. It is a 94 and the marks are lined up except the oil pump, I can not locate a mark on the timing belt cover. If I read everything correctly this will not matter on a 94. Just have to worry about cam and crank marks. I am a little worried about the crank sensor and how it is going to work, taking it off and setting the spacing. I was needing some idea how it works. I am changing the water pump and the bottom radiator hose and the thermostate housing and the thermostate, both rusted bad. The reason I started this was the radiator support was rotted out and the front body brackets were rusted bad. I got everything out but am a little worried about the timing marks and rust.

That is the problem there are no timing marks on the back of the timing belt cover for the oil pump. The diagram you talked about shows the marks at the top and there are not any only on the gear. I was reading that it didn't have one for the 94 just double checking. I really dont want to take it apart 2 or 3 times.:icon_confused:

The only time the auxiliary pulley needs lined up is with a distributor and with a cam sensor and in '94 only california trucks had cam sensors (look where the distributor would be, there would be wires coming from there if it had a cam sensor)

got it done and a water pump and a thermostate with housing, and a radiator support...:icon_confused:
guess the ball joints and radiator support brackets on the frame are left. :icon_thumby:
started up nice sounds alot better didnt drive, waiting until I get it back together all the way. Thanks for the help.
