I just finished my 5.0, m5r2 and 4406 swap and in doing the swap i kicked the suspension up a notch and added a bodylift. The issue now is not front to back but is side to side, it has about 1" lean to the drivers side. They are 6.5" easy ride jeep springs so i wasnt sure if it is a balance issue or what. My battery, gas tank and transfer case all are heavy on this side. The truck drives and rides good but is just crooked. Also, there is no front sway bar yet and i did not know if the sway bar would correct it all the way or just make it less drastic. Is is possible to adjust the side to side levelness with adjustible sway bar links or am i better just shimming the springs on the drivers side?

Shim the driverside spring, you already know why it does it.... just gotta correct for it!

Sway bar won't really help the issue much.

Do u have coils or leafs in the front? any pics

heres a pic if i did it right
