Its all ****ed up running rough idle and not on all cylinders tested all of them and couldnt find the problem unplugged fuel injectors and the mass airflow sensor the truck didnt even die any it never did for anything we tested just steadily ran like shit its an electrical problem and dont know anything about that stuff need help its a 2.3 liter 1994 manual

ICM(ignition control module), on the front of the intake, is a common issue on the Lima 2.3l.

Google: testing ford 2.3l ICM

Engine shouldn't die if MAF is unplugged.

Only sensor that would prevent engine from running is the Crank position(CKP) sensor, on the crank shaft, at bottom of engine.
It won't cause rough running, it either works-engine runs, or doesn't work-engine won't run at all

With engine idling, even roughly, unplug the IAC valve, RPM should drop to 500 or engine may even stall, either is fine, it means you don't have a vacuum leak.
If RPMs stay up then you have a vacuum leak which is cause rough running.

Take the 5 minutes to switch your coil packs around. Easy self test to check the main pack is good. I had this problem. If it runs any better with the packs swapped, leave it that way until you figure out what else is messed up.

EDIT: then you can buy a new coil...

Check for spark on all cylinders, not just the first one you get to.
Mine was idling rough and turns out the head was cracked between the valves on the first cylinder. So, do a compression test.
Also check the timing belt to see if it slipped.
Use noid lights on the injectors to see if there is a computer driver fail or grounded wire or open circuit. Cylinders 1 and 4 operate together as do cylinders 2 and 3.
This is not an exaustive list to things to test.

Also, 94 only has a crankshaft position sensor unless you have a California emissions 2.3 which would additionally include a camshaft position sensor.
