When I did my '88/5.0L swap I went to the the parts store with measurements.
Bought some hoses that were a little long and cut um up...

Sorry, I wish I had marked down the p/n.
 
it really depends where your inlet and outlet are on your radiator, for the top on mine I ended getting two 90 degree bends and getting a connector and splicing them together, and for the bottom the one i used was a advance auto parts one pt # c76023. but always try to get something a little longer so you can cut to your specs.
