94 Ranger 2.3L SOHC, Body Mounts and I-Beam Bushings

Well using various dremel bits and an angle grinder...I got the bolt out.

Not sure if this is an issue but the metal sleeve that sits inside the new polyurethane bushing came out half way, and doesn't want to go back in. Tried pounding it back in with a hammer. I'm thinking once I get the right bolts/nuts (Stupid big box stores don't carry Metric Grade 8) they will tighten down and force it back in.

It's been a fun experience let me tell ya.

with just a little drilling/reaming, you could go 1/2 inch, grade 8. that's what many do.

ooops... my bad. i was referring to the body mounts.
