94 Mazda b4000 transmission problems

Okay so this is my first I'm on any forum and just can't seem to figure out what's wrong with my tranny, so when I try and go into first or second when the trucks running it's almost impossible to get it to go unless the trucks off and when I start the truck in 1st it trys to go forward sometimes and all the gears grind thank you for your time!!

Check in this order
1. Air in the hydraulic clutch system
2. Bad Master cylinder
3. Bad slave cylinder
4. Bad clutch
