Starting problem
I resently replaced my 2.3L 4 cylender with a 4.o V6, I had to replace the transmission because the old one would not bolt up. I also had to replace the wireing harrness because nothing matched up. That said My problem is the truck will not start. The motor spins but will not start. Any suggestions welcome. :dunno:

I changed the computer with the one that i got the wireing harness out of , it was a 94 ranger 4x4 4.0 .

Check the basics. An engine needs 3 things to run spark, fuel, and compression. I would check spark first and keep going from there.

I have power to the coil but no noticeable spark I changed the coilpack with one i picked up off the donner truck , no change.
