So I am starting a thread to go along with my ranger as I begin the build on it. I have already done some things but I will start with my ranger from scratch to present and tell whats in store for it. My ranger is a 1994 extended cab XLT ranger. It has pretty much all the power options and has the 4.0 V6. When I go the truck I got it on trade. It was a nasty mess. Paint was stained, the motor was a low mileage replacement, but barely running, The trans was there at best. The tail lights didn't work, the interior looked/ smelled like people lived in it. You get the basic idea that it was on its last whim. I got it home and started rewiring the windows, locks, ignition, tail lights. The car had a security system and some window system too. I got all the electrical gremlins knocked out and started tuning it up. A full tune up and it somewhat ran decent and continues to. I for some reason put on black housing headlights, tail lights, and a billet grill. I tried to clean up the paint. It looks ok, but will get repainted. With the trans going I thought it would be good to put in a five speed. It is a lot better truck now.

Now, I am constantly fixing little things every week. I just bought a bell tech lowering kit. Once I find different wheels (mine are rhino lined black) I will drop it. Some one put on a leveling kit (no idea what) to raise the front so it looks like a 4x4. When I drop it, it should drop 4" all the way around.

In the works soon: Upgraded brakes, fresh 4.0, headers, clean up the engine bay and bay wiring, and some other stuff. I will start posting pics and get better at writing on here very very soon.

Welcome to TRS. This is the wrong section to put this in though. I am pretty sure a mod will move it. :icon_thumby:

Oh and :worthless:
