94 battery light on w/key out (half resolved)

Okay so after work yesterday my battery died because I accidently had the a/c buttom pushed in on the heater knob all day at work. I jumped it and was on my way. I had a few stops a long the way and once I got home I noticed that my battery light was on AFTER I removed my key only....weird. This morning my battery was dead so I jumped it and took it for a ride to get it semi_charged up and tested it with the multi. I was getting 13.8 volts at idle with lights and wipers on so thats not to bad. I shut the truck and all the lights and such off and left the multi on to see if it the voltage was getting sucked down. I went from 12.6 volts to 9 within 5 minutes so I figured the bettery light mudt be indicating that I have some sort of electronic device srill operating in my vehicle. So I spent all morning loking for this...Fuse panel pic and started pulling fuses until it went away. Fuse 13 made the light go out and no it isn't the fuse for the light. It says its for day time running lights, blinkers, back up lights. I pulled the fuse and my battery draw is gone and the battery light no longer comes on with the key out and all the items listed under that fuse still operate?

I figured this may help some one else with they're issues in the future. If anyone has a clue whats going on with mine feel free to speak up.
