There are companies that make pre-bent lines. Not sure if they make any for a Ranger, but the B-series is the same as a Ranger.
Personally, I started doing brake lines long before pre-bent stuff was offered. I keep some rolls of Ni-Copper on hand and make my own. It’s not hard. I usually buy stainless fittings from Summit Racing. Also, be wary, some places are selling copper coated steel lines and those aren’t any better than steel line. If a magnet sticks to the line, it’s not Ni-Copper. Ni-copp bends easily by hand or with a bender, flares easily, and lasts about forever if you use stainless or brass fittings.
