Loads of "been there, done that" articles for Rangers an B-series
Check out the "suspension" section and "Mini-truck" section for specifics on lowering your truck

The physics of lowering a vehicle in the front is more complicated than the rear
The spindle is what the wheel rotates on, a vehicle maker engineers it so the spindle will be parallel to the road when suspension is assembled, and when steering it stays as close to parallel as possible
If you change the suspension angle then you change the spindle angle, like so: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2597/3112/t/9/assets/camber-diagram.jpg

So spindle is no longer parallel to the road, its angled up, if lowering vehicle
This leaning in, or out, is called Camber and stock suspension has small adjustments to do Wheel Alignments so tires don't wear more on the inside or outside of the treads
But its not enough to lower the suspension down very much

So to lower a vehicle you need a way to make the spindle parallel to the road again
