Has anyone had any luck removing and replacing the oil pan without removing the distributor and jacking up the engine after loosening the motor mounts? The book I have states you must do the above steps but it sure looks like enough room on my 3.0 with 5-speed manual transmission.

Also, does anyone have a 94 3.0 V6 timing cover for sale?

Your definately going to want to remove the distributor, I was told it got in the way when my oil pan was replaced, but it was doable with it on. Remove it to make things easier.

You WILL have to jack up the engine and possibly drop the transmission.
