93 Ranger Window

Put power to the motor, the other wire to ground.

It'll either go up or not.

Reverse the power and ground, if not.

It could be either switch. I'd man-handle both to try to get it up. I've found loose connections at the switch before (pick a side, cross your fingers), but you have to pull off the door panel, which isn't difficult.

I can e-mail you a schematic tomorrow. PM me your e-mail address to send it to.

mine does that every once in a while. open and slam the door it'll go up. if not.... repeat.

My daughters 94 topaz had that problem took off door panel and sprayed stuff with wd-40 and also tapped the motor lightly with the end of a 1/2" ratchet, while hittting the button up and down. I dont know what worked best, but the window started going up and down ok and it lasted a long time.

Just swap out the doors with manual cranks...I dislike power windows...power anything...but if you want to get them to work I'd try pulling the door panel and poking around at the wires...or tapping the end of the motor as suggested...that usually works for me but it indicates something is loose inside the motor...
