93 Ranger Service Manual

It'll do you much better to spend the $20 on a paper manual. But just google it.

Yep, just buy a manual if you really need/want one...93 is way old to be finding downloads...was looking for the same thing myself about 2 years ago and gave up and bought the Haynes manual...waste of money if you ask me. I get more good answers from the board here than any Ranger manual I've seen.

Although having that manual right there when youre working is great. I keep mine in the jump seat. Couldnt count how many times ive had to pull it out when im away from the computer.

try fleabay for a factory service manual. much better than the haynes/ chiltons and you can probably pick it up for about the same price or less than the haynes/ chiltons shipped to your door.

I found the Ford (3-book) paper bound set in http://Craiglist.com by searching for "ranger" in the "auto parts" section.

Or you can maybe google for "97TRK15.iso" and burn this CD image yourself, but that version ran only on WinXP, not on Win7 (cuz it's an old 16-bit program).

Just wanted to update my search for service manual.. I bought a 1 year subscription for my specific car, with alldata. 28 bucks for a year and so far Im more than please with it. pretty accurate and covers quite a bit too!

Ya I have this on cd. Figured I pull it out when a guy a few days ago asked about a 4.0 wire harness question. Found out you cant run it without Win7 Ultimate or Professional.

Had to pull out a old laptop that I have had for years that will not run my 64bit Win7 so I never ungraded it to Win7.

It might (?) run on 32-bit Windows7, but I no longer have that installed either.

I think so CVAR. The problem is with the installer program. I think I just need to get someone to rewrite on for Win 7 64bit and it will work. Or I could just upgrade to Win7 Pro.
