93 ranger 4.0 4x4 shortbed Questions and help

I got my license in a 90 ford ranger and really liked the truck which my brother owned. I've been riding only moto's since I was 16 and now finally decided to just get myself a truck. Local small mechanics shop has a 93 ford ranger 4.0 v6 4x4 5 speed with 99k miles for 3000$ Has new tires and such. Paint job is a faded turqoise green and a dent on the passenger side front side panel. Blue book is 2400 for really good condition. The inside of this truck is very clean. No rust I don't think. Is it worth 3000$? Looking for a truck that will last me years and years and will haul my bikes and shit haha.

I think you just answered your own question there bud. Walk in with 2,000 cash. If they don't take it go find another truck.
