I can't help with those numbers.

I CAN tell you that most Junkyards have a part number interchange list that may tell you. Another option is a friendly Ford parts counter guy.

Do you know what it came out of?

4.0's and 2.9's have the same bellhousing bolt pattern, so if it came out of truck with either of those, it'll work.

If it came out a truck with a 4 banger.....well, you are SOL.

Well im not changing the diffs so should it not just be the same as it was when i started? And would i be able to reuse my cross member?

to put a trans onto a 4.0 requires only the correct bellhousing

IF the transmission has a NON-removeable bellhousing it's a Mazda M5OD-R1
IF the transmission has the mount for the starter on the drivers side AND the starter is retained by TWO bolts you are good to go.

that number isn't a "part number" but rather an engineering number and isn't NEARLY the same thing as a P/N

The trans you pulled sould have had the earlier "fine tooth" synchro setup for 5th and reverse (those have issues), the "F2" trans is a Later design and SHOULD have the "coarse spline" 5th-Rev shift setup which are FAR superior to the earlier type.

If the starter is mounted on the passenger side it's a 2.3 trans.

If the starter has three bolt holes but is on the drivers side it's 3.0 trans.
