I had to tow a ford festiva to a kids' house this afternoon. It won't shift into any gear, it runs, and currently its in neutral, but I can't seem to remember what the part is that it needs, its been taken out and welded back together about a month ago. Something like a shift fork, or shift gate or something along that line. Anyone here know where a person can locate this part without having to tear a transmission apart in a wrecking yard?
Yeah I know this is a ranger/bronco 2 forum LOL. Thought maybe someone here would have some knowledge of the festiva's.
