93 dies and runs rough

hello. I have a 93 automatic. sometimes when I hit a bump or go over train tracks my truck just dies. while coasting I can put it in neutral and start it back up and it runs fine. my check engine light is always going on and off as well. some days my truck wont start but if I open the door and shut it it will start????? im not sure where to start I think its just a loose ground or something.

No advise? This thing dies when I hit the smallest bumps now.... Even little cracks in the pavement. But then it fires right back up! Please help!!!!!!!

fixed it! ecc relay connection for anyone with a similar issue. thanks everyone.......
