93 5 spd Ranger.. what other factory gauges can I swap in ?

I have a 93 4cly 5spd 2wd ranger I want to try and swap clusters in with some thing that has a factory tach and such.
What years will interchange and from what vehicles ?
As well, can I simply unbolt the old odometer mechanicals and install them in the swapped unit so the mileage and such will read the same ?
