93 3.0 Vulcan 4x4

Can someone give me step by step directions to disconnect me 3.0 and pull it? It has cracked heads and have sat for so long I’m concerned rust is formed inside. I may have found another 93 motor to put in it but just needing some guidance. I am a newb to all of this and I just love the look of the truck

So I’m relatively handy when it comes to mechanics. For example brakes, power steering water pumps radiators. I’ve never done a deep dive. I have the tools and if not I can get them. As far as the area I’ve got a garage but no lift. I can keep it occupied as long as needed. This is a passion project more than a need. I paid 200 for this truck and I figured now’s a good time to learn. As far as budget, since I plan on taking my time, that should give me a relatively heathy budget or at the very least, time to improve it. Hope this helps
