93 2.3l number 1 and 4 exhaust header are getting red


update pulled and inspected timing belt whom ever did the timing belt before left tensioner a little loose so i replaced belt and have a slight improvement but still idle is a little rough however it doesn't seem to pop out the exhaust as much now..
