I have my old springs from my '92 4x2 3.0 supercab sitting in the garage. From looking at them, they seem like they might be longer than the '87 4x4 2.3 standard cab springs. Does anyone know if the supercab springs will lift the front of a standard cab? Both of them have about the same high miles on them.

Supercabs are heavier than the regular cabs, plus it had a V6, so they may give you some lift, but probably not much. IIRC, 2wd coils will give you a little more.

Yep, Supercab springs are stiffer (you'll probably notice the wire that they're made from is thicker).

They will ride a little stiffer on your reg cab too though.
