92 Ranger bumpers?

Hey does any one know where to get a nice front bumper that supports a winch ?? i've been looking for days for some reason i just cant find any.

I would say get a front receiver hitch and mount the winch on one of the winch mounts that goes in a receiver hitch. I've never had a truck winch or a front receiver hitch but it seems like that setup would work fine.

My only thought was to weld a receiver hitch to the frame and cut a hole behind the license plate and put the plate on a hinge like the old vets and jeeps but i also would like a bumper that would withstand a beating.....
