well my 2.9 just took a crap, got a line on a 92 2.9 is there wiring differences in my 1986 Truck?

pls help

well just found another....

I got a 86 with 160 compression
and a 92 with 120 compression

both the same price, leaning towards the 92.... thoughts?

Why if the 86 has more compression? I believe some of the connectors for the engine harness are different. They were for me when I swapped a 90 into my 87 ranger. So I used the old harness.
