Hi ya'll!

New to this site. I have an old beat up 91 ranger that I'm looking to restore and add a cool vintage top.

I'm in San Diego and having a hell of a time finding the vintage ones online. Curious if anyone has any tips or ideas on where I can find them or if these old school ones will even fit my 91 3.0 Custom Single Cab. The bed dimensions are roughly 76 x 63 inches

I found 1 trailer yard near me with about 30 of these but seems they're out of business and I can't figure out how to get in touch with the owners. Until then, thoughts? Thank you!!

ryan

I'm relatively sure you can take a trip to town hall and theyll be able to put you in touch with whoever owns the property the business sat on.

Not sure how I missed this back then...

This one is a winner in my book...

I have an 84 Skamper slide in that really needs a good home...

Longbeds are a bugger to find toppers for... let alone a camper thing.

It took me 6mo just to track down a topper...

On the plus side since nobody else wants them they are cheap. Mine was $40

The slide in camper things are kind of alien to me... they look cool but I have never been around one.

EDIT: Duh, longbed older trucks are longer than 72”, I haven’t drooling over new trucks too much. I will show myself to the corner.

This is my problem. Trying to find a 7' bed camper shell is I guess impossible. I found 1 a while back at a pick a part but it was extremely flimsy and wasn't going to pay $100 for it and have it fall apart before even leaving the lot with it as they wouldn't assist with getting it across the lot, nevermind they have at least a 1/2 dozen forklifts sitting around.

I keep searching I'd love to have one on my 87 Ranger for the winter months especially.
