91 ranger 4.0l 5spd 4x4. Flashers will not work need help please!

I have a 91 ranger, and the turn signals will not work, the hazards do work. I have replaced the relay, tried a different switch and checked the fuse nothing is changing. But I really need help in figuring out what else is causing them to not work.

Well, you might be running out of blinker fluid. Check for blinker fluid on the ground after it sits a while. These rangers are common to leak some and cause blinker malfunction.

No, check the wiring under the bed, ive never had this problem but it could have a bad connection.

what if my blinker fluid is black, do i need to change it?
