I'll give a little history of what is going on. I had a 1991 aerostar 4.0L that I did a T5 swap on. I got about 12 hours use out of it when a car pulled out in front of me destroying all the work I had done. I bought the van back from the insurance and got another 1991 aerostar cheap that needed engine work. I swapped the entire drive train from the wrecked van to the new one. Problem is that i can't get it to start. I hear a click in the dash behind the headlight switch. I do not hear the fuel pump and there is no spark. I had the wiring issues figured out enough on the other van to get it to start with the key. Anyone have any ideas why the wiring would seem to be totally different on a same year vehicle?
