This is the first time I've ever heard of a part from oil filter relocation kits being sold separately.

The V8 Exploder's have a filter relocator on them from the factory. Does anyone know if they will clear ok?

Your 2.9 has something similar... mine is tight enough I can't get the regular 90* hose adaptor off my block with the engine in the truck.
