89 ranger SAS build

rear perch's need to be moved in (ruff stuff weld on perch's are great)

front spring center to center will b wider than the ranger spring center to center.
however i cant really help you there since i didnt run the factroy ford brackets
there are some people on here that have however. some moved upper buckets out some moved spring perch's in.

spring perch's in will probably flex but will make it sway more going down the road
wider buckets will be more stable and might not flex as good. all this has to do with spring rates as well. there is ALOT that goes into figuring all of it out. bottom line is if your doing a sas you CANT expect to handle as good as your factroy TTB. my theroy is the more you modify for better offroad performance the worse the on road performance will be. dont get me wrong tho i can still rock out down the highway at 70 with the music crankin and the windows down smokin a cig. but you do have to pay attention to what is going on a little bit more

I agree with kroussin, it DOESN'T have the same feel at highway speeds. Like he said just have to pay attention, especially if a strong side wind...

the factory transmission cross member is going to get in the way and i have new bronco drop radius arm drop brackets
