89 ranger 7.5 to 94 ranger 8.8

Ok I need 4.56s badly I found a guy selling a a ranger 8.8 although just 28 spine, with 4.56's in them. I was wondering what I will need to know about a ranger to ranger axle swap like this. I read everthing in the tech library but thats just about ex axles.

I have a 7.5 with a 4in lift with blocks. What else mite I need to buy/swap to make this work? Thank you

The 94 axle will have the large patter pinion flange and your 89 will have the small pattern flange..

Yep. Easy enough to swap out your driveshaft flange though.

The '94 axle is also 2" wider at the wheel flanges (1" each side).
