89 Ranger 2.3 - Weird dashlight quandry

Symptom: ABS light comes on, turn signals stop working (hazards work fine). Not a bulb issue. ABS light goes out, turn signals work again. Not a flasher issue. Not a fuse issue. This has occurred 2 or 3 times in the last couple of months. Turn ignition off.... next time, everything's fine again. I'm baffled.:temper::temper::temper::icon_confused:
