89 ford 2.3l Bell bolt pattern info needed

I have a 1989 Ford Ranger XLT 2.3L with the week A4LD and I was told the the Dodge Caravan 3.0L Mishubish motor has the same bell pattern by a few people. My ? is this true and did dodge ever put this motor in a RWD plateform

Not unless your 2.3l is the Mitsubishi 4d55 2.3l diesel (85-87 Rangers).
