89 bronco, no start.

I have an 89 Ford Bronco, 302 with an AOD trans, been running fine and went to start this morning, will not start. Battery is brand new 3 weeks ago and everything has power, i believe it to be the neutral safety switch, as it has acted up before. (wouldnt start, shift thru gears, back into park, started fine)... My question is where is the switch located, is it outside of the trans case, above the manual control lever? Thanks
