Just replaced my engine a few days ago, I had blown a headgasket. So I got a new to me 93 4.0 out of the pick a part yard for 100$ eithe 90k or 190k on the odometer, but it had been T boned so I assumed the motor was good.
I put the motor in, it ran great like I knew it should, didn't miss a beat, drove it for 2 days around town headin home I noticed something was wrong it started to misfire and lose power. Here's a video of the symptoms.

well i replaced fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter(i think this was the best improvement)
air charge temp sensor.(upper intake)
Collant temperature sensor (2 wire) (lower intake)
i tested my Maf and tps those are all in spec
i feel like i have a fuel pump thats on its last leg, i believe its new as of 1.5 yrs ago guy i bought it from had just replaced it.

i couldn't get the auto zone fuel pressure gauge to rest my fuel psi
so i settled for a 3$ mini tire pressure gauge and got 30 psi at idle
i have a new cps new plugs and wires basically every sensor is brand new.

when i replaced my fuel filter i had a lot of rusty crap coming out of the back end of the system, maybe my filter was clogged?? and there was crap in the line, enough that when i put a new filter on that one was immediately plugged up, idk.
maybe i partially burned up my pump trying to pressurize a clogged system???
any help / insight would be great.

yeah its coming on but i believe its only working at half capacity,
when i took the fuel pump out to check it the filter had come off the pump, and their was some nice debris in the bottom of the tank that it was sucking up, it probably destroyed a o-ring inside the pump, so its pumping but not enough to build pressure,
from what i know about fuel pumps they usually act up for a couple days before they're totally done, and that would kinda explain my symptoms, running good, running bad, not doing anything but idling ect.
but i ordered a new pump off rock auto 39$shipped so hopefully this will solve my problem, if not i will start drinking heavily.
