89 4x4 shell getting guts from 92 2.9l 4x4

the 89 has a lift already, also its motor n trans are removed was a 2.9 auto with manual hubs and floor shifter, the 92 is wrecjked suspension but great motor n trans also push button auto hubs.

My consernces are the wiring harness cause i know ford revamped somethings in 90 so will i be splicing wiring harnesses?? anyone have some info for me? will the floor shifter transfer case mate to my transmision?
