2.3L ('83-'97) 89 2.3 What connects underneath to the throttle body? Pics included.

I've been trying to find a vacuum leak and I've noticed there's a missing hose to the throttle body. I've followed the pic of vacuum lines and what looks like would go to the throttle body goes to somewhere I'm not sure what it is. According to the diagram it should be a line from the charcoal canister, last two pics is me following the line. Last pic is hard to take but in not sure what.

Pic 2 - your PCV valve goes in that hose, the valve is touching it but must have fell out. Bad design, mine has come out before.

according to your diagram it looks like that little nipple should go to the charcoal canister

I think i got it corrected! I hooked them up wrong! The pcv hose should hook up to the throttle body manifold, right?
