Had this truck for awhile drove it for 1 summer and decided to do some upgrades.Started with stripping it down to bare frame and body 4.0 swap 8.8 and dana35 along with dash from donor 1992 Ex.started with this.....

Rear axle in just so i can roll it around once i get pinion angle figured out axle will be cleaned up and painted along with shock and leaf perch's welded.

New u-joints in front axles

New leaf springs/shackles

Firewall after repairs and explorer steering column adapted.

More to come lots to do,still new coils and shocks to mount this gets the chassis rolling.Body still sitting up on saw horses.4.0 swap to do 2inch body lift for now etc etc etc.

Still at it believe it or not...

Finnally into a house with a garage so I can resume my poor long ass build.
Frame inside tore down valve covers to replace leaking intake manifold gasket and valve cover gaskets only to find drivers side valve cover rusted through.I had to repair it not one 91-94 explorer/ranger in a scrap yard here.
Covers in repair process....



New tank and repaired rock cover.Cut out all the rust and replaced it with expanded metal.
