My truck has always had great heat so to my surprise, after my drives it I no longer have heat! I changed the Heater Core last year as it started to leak. A month ago I changed the water pump because it went out and was spewing coolant out the bottom. I started driving it to work since it's winter and it heats great until the engine gets warm then no heat for some reason. The engine stays warm, about 1/4 up bottom of guage, but for some reason I'm not getting any heat.

The cables work fine on the control head, I can hear the doors open and snap shut when I operate the cables. Anyone have any ideas?

Check to see if the lines are getting hot that go to the heater core. If I remember right the heater hose are or at least one are right off the water pump bypassing the thermostat. If they don't get hot or warm I'd say either a clogged line or web possability a air bubble. I'd try pulling off a heater hose line and fill it until u cant put anymore in
