Question about F150 coils over TTB

I understand theyre cheap and easy to install and are a good for reducing sag from the weight of a V8 and more over, creating lift.
However I also understand that they create significant alignment issues.
Some have used bushings to correct this but none to my knowledge have defeated the problem. Instead, it seems they simply reduced the extent of the camber offset.

What are some practical things that have been done to create less camber offset with this particular swap?

I'd appreciate any comments of those that have direct experience with v8's and are also running the f150 coils.

Thanks

F-150 coils have many different rates from soft to stiff (fullsize Broncos probably being the softest, to Supercab Longbed 351 trucks being the stiffest).
You'll have to try to match the coils to the weight of your truck for them to sit at the correct height so your camber is decent.

Unfortunately there are too many combinations to be able to suggest something, you'll probably have to experiment with it.

Is your truck a standard cab by chance? You could just swap your existing coils for ones from a 4.0L Supercab ranger. The weight difference of the cabs would more than offset the weight of the V8.

i run them for many years, progressives in a supercab with a v8 sag pretty quick and 3 degree adjustables work perfect. i liked single rates better for abuse though.

from there i trim the coil if its too tall..

3 inches of lift is usually max lift that camber bushings can adjust. by relocating the radius arm mounts rearward and running a 150 radius arm, it will relieve caster a bit so you can put all three degrees that the adj bushing has into camber maximizing lift and minimizing bind..

with stock pivots and stock radius arms you want to trim the coils in most cases.

its prett simple.
