This is my 87 ford ranger. So far I have put new suspension underneath it, removed the body lines, wrapped it, had to take the bed off to replace the fuel filter, and cleaned the throttle body. I'm in the process of lowering the rearend 2" right now and many engine mods.

looking forward to pics I have an 85 Im working on right now.

These are photos of my ranger from the first day that i bought it up until yesterday. The last few photos show me flipping the rear hanger bracket to lower the rear end 2".

did you fill the body line with bondo?

Yes. It took about 20 lbs of it but I'm trying to customize it and do things to it that no one has ever done before.

I had a 97 ranger that I bought with the bodylines already "shaved" I wouldn't of used bondo, especially that much, it's gonna crack and lift off after while, bondo's not made to be on that thick lol

At first I when I seen the "Patriots" logo on your truck I thought you might be from Jefferson County High School, Tennessee, but looking closer I see the "Henry County", and your logo looks way too much like ours.

I too would have never put Bondo that thick, it wasn't made for it, you should had cut strips of metal and had it tacked in place, then put a skim coat of bondo.

But any way Nice truck.

Yes the two logos do look a lot alike but it's alright and I would've used metal instead but I don't own a welder and I don't have access to one. The bonds has held up quite well it has been on the truck for three years and is holding strong but I did drill holes behind the bondo so that it would hold better.
