This is a complete Ground up build, currently working on electric power steering. 3.7 cyclone powered.

Cool truck @JimO

I am moving this over to the mini truck forum.

I'm guessing this thing is no longer on beams?

The EPS conversion is cool, but give us some more details on the build overall please.\

The chassis has double A-arms front and rear.
I've attached some pictures.
The chassis, suspension and steering geometry was a deep dive for sure.

Hey, thanks for checking it out. I've posted some more info. Feel free to ask any questions.

That's some seriously nice work.

@JimO I am more interested in a minimalist engine swap with a Cyclone 3.7L V6 instead of 90% new fab (great work, btw). Could you elaborate on space and clearance:

1. Your fully assembled engine bay photo (114150.jpg) hints an electric fan for the radiator, true?
2. Do you think one can keep all stock A/C components?
3. Does it have a catalytic converter, and if yes what is from?

Hey, Thanks for checking out the build, the 3.7 is a great engine, it has the same forged crank and rods as the 3.5 eco boost.
1) I run the stock PCM, so Electric fan is the way to go. I use HP tuners software too. I can program the fan temp. and all engine parameters.
2) I plan on running A/C with the stock compressor and a vintage air kit.
3) No, but it can be used if necessary. HP tuners can set the exhaust parameters too.
I have the engine dimensions from a web site some where. I'll post them if I can locate them.

If I can fit a coyote, you can fit a cyclone

@JimO Great shot of the fan without the intake and coolant reservior, plenty of room.

@ksack Nice. Are there some photos and/or a write up somewhere? but I guess a Coyote engine will need a rear-end upgrade too. A stock Ranger 4x4 with a Cyclone 3.7L V6 makes more sense to me.

You can find my entire build thread in the mini trucks section!

i probably would have went with the transit FEAD and conventional powersteering rack....

but i am a big fan of the cyclone. very under rated..... and potentially very cost effective.....especially as the hp tuner data base grows.

awesome work mang!!!!!
