87 ranger brake line replacement

The brake line is spraying out brake fluid in the rear where the line crosses through the frame I need to know the best way to remove and replace any help would be great thanks

As far as I remember the brake line doesn't cross through the frame.
R+R is pretty straightforward; undo both ends, remove, replace, tighten up both ends. Bleed the lines starting from the farthest away from the master cylinder. If you are working by yourself, try a home-brew engine vacuum bleeder.

the thing is there is a piece where the lines come down the left side of the truck a connection that i dont know how to undo i will try to take pictures and post them to see if it helps
 
All of those pics you posted are of the parking brake cables.... no fluid in them. Get up under the truck more and you'll see the brake tube runs inside of the frame. Chances are your line is busted between the gas tank and the frame.
