I have changed plugs wires cap and rotor did compession test all is good so I started pulling plug wires to find which one was missing its the middle one passanger side not using coolant I think it has a bad injector any I deas before I start pulling the intake and changing injectors

Ford injectors are low impedance, so should be 10 to 18 ohms, test a couple of them then the bad one.
Or if you have a volt meter, with injector plugged in and Key On
Red wire should have 12volts, other wire should also have 12volts, injector is just a coil of wire inside similar to a relay, if wire isn't broken it should be same voltage on both wires.

Another test
Cold engine
Pull off the spark wire going from coil to distributor cap, you want a No Start
Crank engine a few times
Pull out spark plugs next to dead cylinder and check for fuel on the tip, then pull out dead cylinder spark plug and check for fuel on the tip
