My book tells me this is a Fuel Pump Circuit open - EEC processor to motor ground. I am not very good with wiring diagrams, but is this the black/lt green wire coming off of pin 60? Any other suggestions?

ok, the 86 does not have a fuel pump monitor circuit, so you will have to add the wire to get rid of the code. i do not remember what pin you have to add the wire to but it won't harm much by having the code until you add the wire.
